A 90-day deployment on your real data: migration of your existing items, suppliers and
employees, on-site setup and staff training for the office and the production floor, weekly
check-ins while the system is tuned to your process, and full data export at any time. At day
90 you either continue on a pilot-locked rate or export everything and stop.

Does it work in the field, offline?
Yes. Sales agents and drivers use the Android app to take orders, sell from the truck, and

Can customers pay online?
Yes. With your own PayMongo account connected, you can collect through GCash, Maya, cards,
and online banking — including QR Ph codes at the counter, on the truck, or at the
customer’s door.
Can I import marketplace orders?
Yes. Upload your Shopee or Lazada order exports and PAGAWA books them as orders with the
right amounts, fees, and delivery details — each listing is matched to your products once
and remembered.
Can I track loss and material variance?
Yes. The Loss & Variance module flags released supplies not fully accounted for by
production, with tolerance rules and estimated loss value.
Does it support recipes and costing?
Yes. Each product can have a formula/BOM with batch sizes, ingredient quantities, version
snapshots, and cost per unit calculations.
Do my customers need an account to order?
No. Orders you take on their behalf need nothing from them, and every order can carry a
tracking link they open without signing in.
